05/30/2004:Newton-Abbott Hosts Live Burn TrainingBig Tree firefighters joined with Newton-Abbott firefighters to conduct valuable live burn training in a donated house. Members of Newton-Abbott conducted the training which consisted of multiple room burns throughout the structure. Crews practiced fire suppression tactics by allowing the rooms to become well involved prior to entering to extinguish the flames.
