FEATURES:
Available for public rental, the Big Tree Fire Hall boasts a capacity of 400 people, a separate bar room complete with beer and beverage taps, a larger commercial cooler, a public address system with cassette and CD, and air conditioning. Parking facilities are adjacent to the building.

PACKAGES:
Option 1 (A minimum of 30 to a maximum of 50 guests is required for this option) - A fee of $100.00 provides a five hour hall rental but does not include use of the bar. This option includes the hall rental, use of tables and chairs, kitchen, and also includes cleanup. If use of the bar is desired, you may opt to pay for what you use. Consumption fees are based upon the current price list in effect at the time of the event. Additionally, an additional fee is charged for each bartender that is required. One bartender is required for each 100 guests.

Option 2 - (A minimum of 51 to a maximum of 75 guests is required for this option) - A fee of $125.00 provides a five hour hall rental but does not include use of the bar. This option includes the hall rental, use of tables and chairs, kitchen, and also includes cleanup. If use of the bar is desired, you may opt to pay for what you use.
